Training Room Hire

We have a fully equipped training room for hire at our Ipswich office. This holds 12 people comfortably around a central meeting table.

This is available at a cost of £35 for a half day and £60 for a full day's hire, which includes tea and coffee. Located near to Ipswich Hospital, SAVO offices have the benefit of free off-road parking for cars and being on a number of bus routes, including the Hospital stop for Martlesham Park and Ride.

The room is only available to hire by SAVO members, so please quote your number when booking.

	Portable eBeam Interactive Whiteboard kit - dual purpose; use as an electronic flipchart or to add interactivity to PowerPoint presentations. Provided with laptop, digital projector and leads.  SAVO is equipped with one of these, which is included in the Room Hire, but we also have access to one for external hire. 	Turning Point Student Voting System - add interactivity to your learning delivery and involve all your learners, collect information for 'happy sheets', save data for your CPD. 	Toshiba Satellite Pro Laptop - installed with Microsoft® XP Professional and Office 2003 Professional. Provided with power supply and Microsoft® Optical Mouse in padded case.  One is included in Room Hire at the SAVO offices. 	Digital Projector - 2600lumen provided in carry case with leads. 40" and 70" portable projector screens also available for loan.  One is included in Room Hire at the SAVO offices. 	Eeze Loop Portable Hearing Loop - portable loop system for use at small events around a table, working range of approximately one metre.  (A loop system is also included in the SAVO Training Room Hire.)  1 available @ £7.50/day
