Over the past 6 years a significant amount of research has identified the need for a Workforce Development Strategy for the Voluntary and Community Sector in Suffolk.

With funding from One Voice Suffolk Change Up, a report was produced on the work carried out so far and proposals for a way forward (view report) and a workshop in May 2006 confirmed that the identified issues were still current. It was agreed that to move things forward we should produce a Strategy Document based on best practice from around the country.
